Vision, Mission, Values of Subgroup

The K-Curious Group is a peer-mentorship group for early-career hospital-based researchers in the United States.

Vision:  

To transform patient care by fostering, a culture of innovation, collaboration, and support for hospital, medicine teams, dedicated to discovering, evaluating, and implementing breakthroughs in healthcare

Mission:

To provide peer mentorship to early-career hospital-based researchers across the United States. This includes creating a supportive/safe/open environment to discuss/troubleshoot career challenges. We aim to promote a variety of activities, including works in progress, webinars with invited speakers addressing particular challenges for early-career hospital researchers (e.g. contract negotiations), and will draw on the knowledge and expertise of senior HOMERuN leadership.
