Overview
Based on the IHI Breakthrough Collaborative model, we will conduct periodic (short) surveys asking key questions facing us all as well as focus groups on our monthly Collaborative Sessions via Zoom®, followed by emailed newsletters or digests of information. We will also host webinars where we can share our information and generate the next set of key questions we need to answer.
Objective
We will help gather information, disseminate best practices, and identify needs critical to Academic Hospital Medicine.
